I have a single bedroom available in a two bedroom/two bath condo. The unit is located in the Borgata Condominium complex on Jones between Flamingo and Tropicana. This is a great location if you are looking to stay close to the strip as it is only 3 miles. You would have your own bathroom and access to a work out room and two pools. The community is gated and has a security officer on duty every night. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. There is also crown molding throughout the unit. The bedroom is not furnished but the living has some furniture in it. The tenant in there right now is mid to late 20’s and is male so I’m looking for someone who would be compatible with him.
