My current roommate is leaving in February to move out-of-state and I am looking for someone to share a 2 bed/2 bath apartment in Henderson/Green Valley. Rent, including water, trash and sewer is usually about $530. We'd split cable/internet and electric (Dec. was a total of $80). It's a nice, roomy apartment in a quiet complex close to everything. There's a workout room with sauna and tanning bed, a huge pool, and plenty of parking available. You'd have your own bedroom/bath. I am a 30 year old female. I work nightshift in a hospital and sleep during the daytime, so I am looking for someone who is considerate of that, as I am of people who sleep at night.
