Our condo is located in a gated comunity with a security guard walking the premises at night. There is granite counter tops throughout the kitchen and in your private bathroom.We are 3 miles from the strip and 2 miles from the 215.You will have access to washer and dryer in the condo at anytime during the day. Your room is a large bedroom with a xlarge closet. You will have access to all common areas of the condo and you will have your own personal bathroom. You will have access to 2 pools, 2 jacuzzis, a theater room and 24 hour accress to the weight room. We are a young quiet drug free easy going couple with a cat. The perfect candidate must have proof of income and must be drug and smoke free. We are in our early 20's and would prefer someone around our age. Rent is $500 a month with utilities included. We will require first month's rent and a $300 deposit prior to move in. We ask that you give us a 30 day notice if you decide to move out. 1 and 2 month renters ok.
