My cousin and I are looking for a 3rd roommate. It’s a 5 bedroom, 2500 square foot 1 story home in Henderson. It has a large backyard with two patios. You would get two rooms actually – the 3rd bedroom is approximately 11 x 12 and right next door is a study/den with a built-in book shelf, approx 9 x 10. Both rooms would be yours. The bathroom has a double sink and a separate toilet/shower area (with door). This would be shared with me. There is a third half bathroom for guests (toilet and sink only). The house is furnished as far as living room furniture, dishes, etc goes. We prefer a roommate between the ages of 23-35, Male or Female, gay or straight, is fine. Must love dogs -- I do have one small dog (Maltese) and my cousin has one small dog (Chihuahua). Potty-trained. Sorry, no animals of your own as I have severe allergies to most animals, and no children. Rent would be $600 to inlude utilities, which consists of Gas, Power, Sewer, Water, Exterminator, Cable and High Speed Internet. Move in date would be Feb. 1st and would be for 6 months .. We require a $600 deposit plus first month's rent at signing of lease. We are neat, clean, non-smokers and would appreciate the same out of a roommate.
