These guys are wonderful people and fantastic tennants, so chemistry is a must. They are respectful of my property and each other, so I will need to be very careful when selecting a third for the home. The guys are laid back, enjoy snowboarding, down time, have the home theater system, computer set-up, and throw a dinner or pool party now and again.
