We are renting a 3 br/1.5 ba house across Girard from the Coronado dorms and are looking for up to 2 responsible roommates to fill two vacancies immediately. Due to the house's proximity to campus we would prefer students (we will consider all applicants). We have a dog which is being kennel trained. The house has both a front and a back yard, a large living room with a wooden floor (which we occasionally use for small swing dance gatherings), and a carpeted den. One bedroom is carpeted and has a small bathroom w/ shower and the other has a wood floor. Rent for each bedroom is $367 + a % of all utilities (water, gas, and electric). newmexico
