I'll admit that this ad IS rather long, but it's only because I put in as many details about the place (and me) as I thought were necessary to fully describe things. I'm looking for one other (preferably female**) roommate to share a nice 4 bedroom / 2 bathroom home in Rio Rancho. (In the Corrales Heights Neighborhood across hwy. 528 from Target.) **(I would kind of prefer a female roommate, but only because I tend to have a little more in common with and generally get along with them better than MOST guys that I've met because I am NOT a drinker or a hardcore partier, and I'm not really into many sports and "typical" guy stuff like that, however, I am definitely open to ANYONE, male or female as long as they are a really good person who is very respectful, easy going, friendly, AND trustworthy!) >>MOST IMPORTANTLY, No matter who they end up being; (i.e. female OR male), I just want to find another "GOOD-NATURED" and "GENTLE SOUL" person whom I can TRUST, and who is also cool and very easy to live with, just like me. This house is in a very convenient location for anything in or around Rio Rancho and the Cottonwood area including: CNM Westside campus (Ideal for student!) Intel Cottonwood Mall area which includes: Wal-Mart, Home Depot, Lowes, Sears and everything in the mall itself, and many, MANY good restaurants! It is also very close to many other good food and shopping destinations such as: Albertson’s, Smith’s, Target, K-Mart, Hastings, Hollywood Video, Dion’s, Applebee’s, Wendy’s, McDonald’s, IHOP, Defined Fitness, etc... Even though it is so close to all of the "conveniences", the house is located on a VERY quiet Cul-de-Sac road, in a nice, clean and peaceful area, with nice, friendly neighbors. This area sleeps GREAT (i.e. no traffic, no barking dogs, etc..) I have lived here now for over 3 years, and I've really come to like this house and the neighborhood it’s in for the combination of conveniences that it has to offer; and I’m SURE that whoever else comes to live here with me will appreciate it also! I’d prefer an age 18 to 30-something female (remember what I said above**) roommate who is a non-smoker, non drug user, non to light drinker, and one who is relatively clean/neat and quiet, but still very outgoing and sociable because so am I. Please also be very trustworthy and responsible/reliable. (i.e. pays their bills on time!) If you are this type of person, then we’ll get along great! I am a very respectful, relatively quiet, laid-back, chilled-out, easy going and friendly person who is also very open-minded, straightforward, & quite outgoing once I get to know someone, so I would like it if you were that type of person also! I hope the right person reads and responds to this ad, and that they will bring a fun, positive, and energetic vibe with them into the house! F.Y.I.; This house is a very music and movie oriented house because I like to listen to all types of music, (especially dance/electronic/chill-out, hip-hop/rap, and pop/rock), so if you move in here get ready to hear some really cool stuff! I also love to watch movies and have a very nice surround sound system set up in the living room for that. (which you could also use) Don’t worry though, even though I do enjoy listening to a lot of music and stuff, I am very respectful when others are either sleeping or studying and I keep the volume respectively low during those times if I even have it on at all!
