I have a furnished BR for rent with Queen bed, small desk, 2 chest of drawers, medium closet, small TV w/DVD, and the use of your own bathroom in a Very Nice and Convenient NE neighborhood east of Arroyo Del Oso golf course near Academy/Wyoming. The $450 per month includes ALL Utlities, wireless internet, Direct TV in room, & cleaning every 2 weeks. Also off street parking in driveway! I am an active single male in my 50's who mostly lives alone, has a 13 yr old well behaved son who occassionally stays in his own room, I have a 15 yr old coool cat.
