A nice person that needs a nice place to live...with a nice local 'family', will love it and appreciate it. Much nicer private studio than a room in a house with people if you need/want privacy....has own kitchen and bath, everything works awesome. Tank work on a motorhome is easy. It's part of rv living, not repair to it! Materials are approximately $75 bucks and labor and skill to do "minor repairs" to the rig is definitely worth the $375 break. It's not that huge of a job. The maintenance and cleaning fee is exactly that, for what it takes to upkeep, clean and tend to an RV renter on a daily basis. I guess this email/ad is one way for someone to look at things....but definitely not the case/reality, so we are very grateful not to have a renter that feels this way. You might consider not jumping to so many conclusions and writing people emails like this, or posting/using craigslist to vent them. If you are looking for a room or place to live, we wish you the best of luck in finding something that you like. First off- $225 is barely whats it's worth to rent out a motor home in the best conditions- You people are a joke! Are you kidding me? You want people to not only pay rent, but to slave away for you on your piece of shit motor home at the same time??? And you really expect the renter to pay for the materials? Are you out of your mind or are you just high on meth!? I would almost consider this offer except for EVERYTHING about it scews the rentee you dumbasses! And the tanks- (let me guess- propane) "need to be willing to learn/do the work needed for the tanks"??? What I have to pay rent, then fix a gaping hole in the roof, then I'd have to (learn) make it so the heat works too, right? You retards also want a $250 dollar cleaning/maintenance fee??? WTF? You should be getting the credit/background check- not the sorry sucker who gets screwed by you! The place is already trashed you stupid jews! You want somebody to pay maintenace/cleaning fee on something they have to clean and fix up before it's even livable- really!!???
