$225 per month to live in neat motorhome for the first 3 months and then $350, exchange/trade for repairs to ceiling above cab. Needs new skylight/vent, minimal insulation and small section of inside celing panel replaced, and cab roof sealed, damaged in 1-1-09 storm. You provide materials (approx. $75), labor & quality creative work (total trade value $375). Not a huge job, but would help us both, skylight/vent fixed & cab sealed for us, for you; $100 per mo. off rent for 3 months is very fair! Studio-like motorhome...virtually ready for living (needs final cleaning) and would be very comfortable for 1 person & 1 pet OK upon approval. More private than just a room in a nice older local residential neighborhood in the south woods on local family property. Includes one parking spot. It has a couch, table & 2 chairs, above cab queen bed, kitchen & bath, nice storage...you would need to be willing to learn/do the work involved with the tanks (rv living-not repairs to)....which is not that hard. Everything works awesome! Rent would include; power to RV (NOT electric heat though), water, garbage (but you must recycle and have well compressed & neat garbage) and includes wireless. No cable tv but digital box & antenna works. Brand new propane furnace. You would use propane heat only & would be responsible to pay for your own propane and responsible to keep the tanks from freezing. Propane would be the only additional utility expense. In addition to built in motorhome propane tank there are 2 brand new 5 gal propane tanks to extend-a-stay/fill the rig in place, that are full $30 (propane). $50 deposit for; tanks, new brass T-valve & hose. No Electric heat/heater, or is definitely extra $50+ per month (no exception/power bill will show use). Reliable income, single, honest, peaceful, easy going & clean person would work really well! No problem living among and running into a nice local family. Rent,$100 electricity deposit, $250 maintenance-grounds/motorhome cleaning fee & background check fee. 30-day notice is required when moving, or just pay last month's rent upfront without worries.
