The rent, payable at either $80. per week or $320. per month (one person-no pets) is for a room (furnished or unfurnished), wireless internet, cable television, off-street parking, all utilities & a shared kitchen, bath & washer/dryer. All proceeds apply to rent only. There is no lease. Simply pay to continue your stay or leave @ any time. The nearest bus stop is about one mile away. I am not able to print photogeraphs. If you cannot come to see the room perhaps you can have someone do it for you. An $80. cash payment ( I will give you a receipt) will reserve the room & also pay your last week of rent.
