I have a room open in my 3 bedroom 1 bath house. The house is clean and quite. There is a huge fenced back yard, washer & dryer and cable. The utilities would be split in half. I would prefer a female in her twenties. I go to school as well as work full time so I am pretty quite. I do have a dog and am willing to think about having other dogs there.
