Looking for a person who can do minor electrical, some plumbing, and general handy-man work in my house. Room is free, utilities split in half for electrical, gas, and water/sewer. I would look for 25-30 hours a month of labor and I will provide the jobs and tools/supplies. You can work during the week or on the weekend, just log the time so I know where we are at and I can prioritize. The jobs would probably last 4-6 months and then if you want to stay we can reach an agreement to pay. I am easy going, non-invasive, cook a lot, and out of town many weekends.
