I need a roommate, hopefully by February 1st!! I am 25, female. 2 Bedroom/1 Bath (One room is available) I am the only one in the apartment, so it would just be the 2 of us, but we would have to share the bathroom. 2-3 miles from FSU Male or Female roommate. Rent is 345 plus half of utilities. No deposit, but must sign a paper agreeing to pay for any damage caused, and agreement to give a 30 day notice. Management will need to add you to the lease which requires a credit check which I believe they charge a $20 fee. I do have 2 cats, so you must not be allergic!
