Hello, I'm Carrie. My brother Collin and I just moved to Vegas a couple months ago. We have an extra bedroom we'd like to rent out for $350 + a portion of the utilities. The house has two stories and an in-ground pool and spa in the back yard. The downstairs has two living rooms, one of which is my brother's home office as well as the video game/movie room. The other living room just has a couch and a fireplace for now. My brother's got a big screen TV 'cause he plays a lot of video games. I go to art school a few days a week and I also work from home with my office in my room. We both keep to ourselves a lot and would like to find someone who will maybe do the same. We don't really have parties, but that's not to say we don't ever have people over. I have a tiny black cat who has her claws and doesn't get along with any other animals so sorry to all those who have pets. The room is not furnished so you will need to bring your furniture. We have all new appliances and a security system just in case (we are not in a gated community but it is a really nice neighborhood). I am 25 and my brother is 26, could be nice to find someone near our age, but it doesn't really matter to me. All we want is bills guaranteed and paid on time. You can be male, female, gay, straight, I really don't care. We do not allow smoking in the house. You must be able to clean up after yourself and do some cleaning from time to time. I don't want to have to write out a chores list or anything, just keep the house from being filthy.
