Hello I am offering my golf course home to one super cool responsible roomie. The home is nicely furnished with updated appliances. The room is medium size with nice size closet. Community is guard gated with tennis courts, golf and many other outdoors activities to take advantage of. utillities are included (within reason) and you will have to share a bathroom (roomie is expected to keep all toiletry items in their own room unless using facilities)this does not mean you are to stay in your room, feel at home at this place watch a movie on the big screen and pump up the sound.
