Me and my fiance are looking for a roommate we live in a 2b/2b house off of windmill in a nice quiet community we both attend college right now my fiance goes to UNLV and I go to CSN. We have 3 short hair cats and 1 short hair small dog all the animals are really nice and love people. The house is pretty nice size 1000sq feet you would get your own bedroom of course and your own BATHROOM we have a washer and dryer in the house the bedroom is about 10x10 size. We are really chill people were originally from san diego im 22 and my fiance is 20, were quiet but we also like to have fun. There is wireless internet throughout the house you can have your own cupboard and your own shelf in the fridge. Rent is 425 that includes utilities with a 200 dollar security deposit that can be returned to you when you leave or put towards your last months rent. Move in date is whenever, but I will be showing the room/house starting today.
