The condo is managed by a property management company and belongs to a Homeowners Association with strict guidelines in regards to parties, noise, and crowds. Neighbors will complain and call for 24 hour security patrol. PETS: Small dogs and cats are ok (we are willing to live with 2 pets) but MUST be kept clean at ALL times, and friendly and well behaved. Pet deposit required with security deposit. Pet owner is solely responsible (repair, replace, or financially) for damages to room, condo, and property of other housemates caused by pet. ABOUT US: Housemate #1: Asian female in late 20s, work full-time 8-5 job, and do volunteer work, laid-back, mellow, mostly quiet, don't smoke or do drugs, like to maintain clean common spaces and would appreciate that housemates do the same, enjoy cooking when I can and will share food if you’re open to trying ethnic food, have a boyfriend (a student and pretty cool) who stays overnight a few times a week. I walk and bike to work most of the time. I have lived in Fresno most of my life and be willing to show you around when I'm not working or busy.
