The house is located three miles north of the river near I-35 and Chouteau Trafficway. It is close and convenient to shopping, banks, and churches. You would have the newly decorated master bedroom that has two closets. One of the closets is a walk-in. In a few days, you will have the private bathroom that goes with it. (The drain piping of the bathroom in the master bedroom is being worked on just now, and, when the work is finished, you will have the private bathroom.) The curtains have not yet been bought, so you could choose their style and color. There’s a living room and a formal dining room for you to entertain guests, although I don’t like loud parties, and I would ask that you not have them. This is a very quiet residential neighborhood. You will have Cable TV, and use of the kitchen and laundry. There’s off-street parking, and you may garden if you like. The house has central heat and air conditioning, and all utilities, including Cable TV, are included in the rent. However there’s no telephone. (I rely on my cell phone.) No drugs and no pets. Smoking is O.K. as is moderate use of alcohol.
