I have a medium sized apartment in midtown. I just found out today that my roommate will be moving out within the next two weeks (beginning of June) so I'm looking to find someone fairly soon. The amount I ask in rent is $540 and includes everything (gas, electric, trash pick-up). It's the second floor in a duplex located close to the spenard rec-center and spenard builder's supply. Nice sized kitchen, medium sized bedroom, lots of windows, and washer and dryer in the apartment. Pets are unfortunately not allowed. About me: I'm 26, female, and a student at UAA. I'd describe myself as a right brained individual who appreciates some of the finer things in life, such as music and such.
