We have 1 to 2 bedrooms availabe in our townhouse that is 5 min west of Downtown Kansas City, MO. The townhouse was brand new in February, and my roommate and I have both been moved to Iowa for work. This townhouse has everything! New appliances, newer touchscreen washer and dryer. Utilities are around $150 a piece for us, but that was running quite a bit of office electronics and large DLP TV, LCD tv and A/C/Heat a lot. Call/Email for a showing, both rooms have large closets and there is plenty of storage in the basement, also an attached 2 car garage, and alarm system. 3rd roommate is gone weekends to return to Chicago for work.
