I am up for negotiation on that issue. About the house: It is a 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house located between 155th and 163rd street in Belton. It has easy access to shopping, entertainment and the highway. It sits behind an abandoned golf course off of 71 highway. Really quiet neighborhood with a big backyard. The kitchen has all appliances needed, because I like to cook. I am willing to store some things for you if needed: In the attic or the garage. There is also an extra closet in the office, that I could give up some space in. The room itself is of decent size. I have a queen size set in my bedroom and it fits fine. It has its own closet and cable hook-up. The house will have cable, I just have not hooked it up yet since I just moved in. There is also wireless internet in the home. The $275 would be for rent.
