We are a family leaving our beloved home due to job relocation. It is a large 4 bedroom, 2.5 bath home in the south kc neighborhood of Birchwood Hills. It has two large living areas on the ground floor, two eating areas, 2 car garage, and a full basement. Upstairs there are three generously sized bedrooms which share a hallway bath. The master is 14x16, has a full bath, a "dressing" room and an attached 10x12 room that we currently use as an office. We would like $300/month for the 3 bedrooms, and a bit more for the master.
