Our current roommate is moving out to get married, so we are looking to fill this room by June 1st at the earliest!! Very good deal for the price! $275 monthly rent. Utilities are split 4 ways. $225 refundable deposit. Great two story house with four girls altogether - including yourself. Two girls upstairs, two girls downstairs. We are all in our 20's - either working full-time or in school. We are pretty quiet, we all get along - and we do our own thing. Drama free house. The girls here are responsible - pay rent and utilities on time. Month to month rent - but we ask that you give a month's notice before moving out. If you don't give at least a month's notice - you will not get your $225 deposit back. The room for rent is upstairs. You will share the bathroom with one other girl. Your room is carpeted, cute, and cozy. Our landlord is awesome and great! We have a maintenance guy who keeps our lawn green, and fixes things that are needed to be fixed. Nondiscriminatory house - we don't mind your religion and lifestyle - as long as you are not prejudiced or judgmental of each other. Current girls here are Mormon, Agnostic, and an LGBT member. We are a great group of girls - we have our act together, mature, and independent. No smoking and pets - Sorry! Off street parking. Large and spacey living room/dining area. Hard wood floors. We're not really a party house - if you have guests/friends or a significant other over - by all means that's just fine. We just try to use common courtesy at all times. For example - None of us would like to walk into the kitchen at 2 a.m. in our underwear to grab ice-cream only to be surprised by anyone's boyfriend. So there really aren't any black and white rules as to this and that... Just as long as common courtesies are exercised and with good judgment, then it's all good.
