We have a room for rent in our townhouse apartment. $150 security deposit and $350 first month rent (pro-rated if you not moving in on the 1st) due upon moving in. $350 due on 1st of the month covers rent and all utilities (gas, water, sewer, trash, electricity, internet). You have your own room. We have washer and dryer in the unit. There are plenty of parking, BBQ area and also a swimming pool. We are four easy going young working people. But we do love it clean, and we do respect each other's privacy. Sometimes we just hang out and chill, you are welcome to join us for activities if you would like to.
