I have a three bedroom two bath house, and i need to take on a room mate. You would get your own private room and private bath. If you have kids, and you need a second bedroom, I would be willing to let you have that as well for a very small amount. I am looking for someone who is quiet, respectful, and does not make a lot of noise. The utilities would be split in half.
