I have a room for rent in my house near the Ward Parkway area. It's a 3-bed / 2-bath house in a nice neighborhood. The room is approx. 9' X 10'. I'm 29/m and work days and travel often. I have one roomate, 30/f, so the bathroom would be shared. She works nights so the house is to yourself quite a bit. All utilities are included in the rent including high speed internet access and cable w/ DVR. I'll give the first month free if interested. I'd like at least a 9 month comitmment if possible.
