Hello, I am the owner of a house in Idaho Falls. I am looking to rent out one of the bedrooms. The room is very bright and nice. You would be sharing the house with two other females. We are both in our twenties. We have a couple of pets so you would have to be okay with that. The rent includes utilities. We have wireless internet, cable, and DVR. There is a washer and a dryer downstairs. You would have full access to the house. The kitchen has just been remodeled. We are a very relaxed household. No drugs or alcohol.
