I don't care what you smoke, as long as you smoke it OUTSIDE ( the basement is 420 friendly, but we don't smoke tobacco in the house at all- it just stinks too much)!! Students / grad-students may wish to rent on a semester to semester basis; although, long-term will be desirable / available. A very studious, helpful, and CLEAN atmosphere is maintained. House is large & "home-ish" w/ fireplace 4bed 2bath, hardwood floors, soft water, etc. There is ample room in the basement for your work-out equipment, if you have any; or we can make it n2 a music rehearsal space (we have a nice Hammond organ, and there is a piano on the way). As stated, 1 block from the -U-; ... a 1 min. walk, 30 seconds on skateboard or bicycle; you won't need a car!! During the growing-months, a large, organic vegetable garden is maintained. The Butler does the laundry about every 2 or 3 days -at no extra charge. The neighbors are mostly University Students and delightfully friendly. First time renters OK; 1mo. rent +$300 security deposit moves you in. M, or F, : G, S, Bi, or race NOT important, -but a completely open, respectful, & considerate mind is!!
