Current room mate is moving out at the end of the month and I will have a room available for rent. It is quite the simple arrangement, I work on the slope 6 on and 2 off and am rarely home during my R and R time. I rent two rooms in a three bedroom house that is a great location if you are a quiet and very clean person. I do prefer females as room mates only because they tend not to be very interested in my recreational toys and outdoor gear that are in the home. This room has its own private bath that is shared by me when I am home (which is rare). I do ask that rent be paid by the first of the month, that you not have lots of friends frequently over and that you respect my house and my belongings. There is cable tv, Wii, 50" flat screen, internet, a nice yard, hard wood floors, and great furniture. I do have a if you break it you buy it policy.
