Home is a 2 year old 2-story, 2400 sq ft house in great condition with 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bath. All appliances are new and under warranty. The house is tastefully furnished and decorated. We are a couple, a 35 year old American male who grew up in Mexico City, a 33 year old female from Norway - and our long-term tenant is a 30 year old female from Germany. We enjoy the variety of cultural backgrounds and are open and welcome to diversity! We are all responsible professionals and prefer that our tenants also be responsible professionals. Your room is furnished with a bed, dresser and nightstand/lamp and a computer desk + chair, and has its own closet. The bathroom is shared between you and our other tenant (has 2 sinks). Rent is $400 per month plus 1/4 utilities (water, electric, wifi). We share the cleaning responsibilities of the common areas. There is a $400 security deposit refundable at end of lease.
