Moving to Warrensburg for school, I will be staying through the summer. I found an apartment, but need a roommate. $238 a month and split utilities. $238 deposit. Its nice--clean, large rooms, washer/dryer on site, dishwasher, pretty new appliances. I have some furnishing. The layout is like the picture, not exactly but really close. I am 23 female. Quiet, don't mind overnight guests, clean, pretty easy going. Male and female okay. No pets allowed (landlord rule). Plenty of parking.
