I am the owner of a four bedroom house in the Loma Colorado sub-division between Southern, Northern, 528 and Unser. The house has 9ft ceilings, refrigerated air; is new, clean and the neighborhood is nice place to live. Your roommates would be myself (35 year old male) and two long time friend of mine (36 year old males). The fourth room would be yours. You would share a bathroom with my other roomates. For $375 dollars you get a room that is 10’ x 10’ 5” , with Satellite, wired and wireless high-speed Internet, and use of the free weights, TV, DVD player, 90 inch projector and stereo in the living room. I also supply the cleaning supplies: Windex, 409, bathroom cleaner, tub cleaner and toilet cleaner, pine sol, mop and broom. All other utilities like gas, electric, HOA, water and waste water are also paid for by me. You also have full use of the washer/dryer, kitchen appliances, dishes and utensils. There is also a considerably large organic vegetable garden in the back yard that you are welcome to take from. I work in Santa Fe and I leave the house at 6:30am and get back at 6:30pm M-F. Sean works from 10:30pm until 10:30am Tue, Wed and Thursday. Chris works until 8pm. I also going fishing, camping, or kayaking on many of the weekends so you won’t really see either of us very often. I’ve been renting two of the rooms out since I bought the house last year and have always had positive experiences with my former roommates as Sean, Chris and I are both easy to get along with. Sean smokes cigarettes but there is no smoking in the house and no pets will be allowed in the house either.
