We will have one room for rent from June 20th in our beautiful, furnished as-new 3/2.5 home in the new Centex subdivision just West of Rio Bravo/Coors. Both the neighborhood and the house itself is open, spacious and quiet.
The atmosphere of this home is that of mature, responsible professionals. This is not a "party house", but we do enjoy the occasional interesting conversation over a good dinner.
The rental room is furnished, as is the rest of the house, all appliances included (washer/dryer/kitchen appl./AC/TV+cable in living area/wireless internet) - 1/4 of utility bills to be paid by tenant. There is one more tenant in the house, and the bathroom is shared between the two tenants. (Dual sinks for your convenience and personal space to keep your toiletries).
Come join our quiet little haven, conveniently located in the SW area of ABQ with easy access to the airport. Short term lease is OK.
No smoking. There is one cat in the house, but due to allergies we can take no more pets.
