I have a large, recently renovated home in Camelot Meadows (off Rte. 1). Close to stores and shopping. I have 2 rooms for rent, one large and one small. The large one would rent for $550/month and the small for $450/month plus part of the utilities. If you wanted to rent both for 1 person, we could negotiate the price. The rooms could be furnished or un-furnished, depending on your needs. I am looking for a long-term lease (must be at least 6-months). I am rarely at my summer home so you would have a great deal of peace and quiet and the run of the house for most of the time.
