Beautiful neighborhood and the home is practically new and the room is spacious with a large closet, cable tv, wireless internet. Room is also fully furnished with a bed, nightstand, chest of drawers, new 27" TV, and lamps. Fairly large bathroom with bathtub/shower, and plenty of cabinet space. Kitchen and laundry room use. The kitchen is fully stocked and has a microwave, toaster oven, diswasher, etc. Also, a fairly new washer and dryer. Safe and secure parking and a very quiet home located in a nice community just in front of the golf course. No others living here and no pets, so it is always very quiet and a nice place to call home. Rent includes all utilities, internet use, FIOS cable with 100's of channels, and use of the kitchen, washer, dryer, etc. Ideally looking for a longer-term rentor but open to short-term (even a month to month rental for the right rentor).
