The house is only six years old, nice appliances, rooms are 11'x10' with 2'x7'6" closets. Secluded backyard with porch, barbecue, and fire-pit. Living room is already furnished but if you got something that works we can talk about using it. I am an easy-going guy that has had both male and female roommates.
