I have a room to rent in a 2 bedroom house in S. Dover, close to base and colleges. I work out of state and am only home 1-2 nights a week, so you would essentially have the house to yourself. You would be responsible for the elec (which is usually $120 month) and cable/phone/internet if you want it, I have that turned off since I am not usually there.
