so i am reposting this due to too many people wanting to move in much sooner than is possible. first off for rent + utilities the cost is roughly 440 a month per person, that includes cable internet trash and power. ideally i want someone to start moving their stuff in around the 25th of this month and start paying rent the first of july, my old roommate needs to finish getting her stuff so much earlier really isnt an option. the apartment is roughly 1000 square feet 2 bed 1 bath with a good sized fenced yard washer/dryer on the golf course garage and storage shed in back. also another dog will be considered as long as it is well behaved and not a puppy. about me - i am a 21 year old cs major at u of m. i am 420 friendly and have a cat and a dog. i like to keep my house nice and low key and try to study alot during the school year. not a big drinker. i would prefer a female roommate as i have found that keeps a good order around a house but a guy is fine too, i would also like to live with another student or someone close to my age. i do need someone i know can pay their half of the bills as they are pretty much all in my name and if i feel like it i might ask for a reference or two, nothing too hardcore. please no drama queens or d bags. either email me or call me at 406-698-9541 to talk more if your interested. whitaker dr (google map) (yahoo map) dogs are OK - wooof Location: missoula it's NOT ok to contact this poster with services or other commercial interests montana
