I am withdrawing from UC Davis and am looking for a female student to take my room in Pinon Apartments. It is the largest room in a 3 bedroom townhouse, litterally across the street from campus and a block away from a shopping center (which is currently deciding between adding a Forever 21 or a Trader Joes). The room has a large sliding door closet and is 11' X 17' (not including the closets). We made sure that there were only neighbors on one side, and the windows are double paned so it is very quiet. It is carpeted, comes with 1.5 Bathrooms, and 4 clean, non-smoking, non partying apartment-mates. The lease starts in September and runs through August, with the opportunity to renew.
