Hello. I am looking for a mature (broad age range here) female to share my home. A 3bed/2bath house that backs up to River Bend Park in a very nice, established neighborhood. 15 minutes to CSUS and 20 minutes to downtown Sacramento. I have one housemate now and would like to rent out the third bedroom. The available room is unfurnished, carpeted, 10' x 11' with a typical 4 1/2 foot closet with sliding mirrored doors. Shared baths. The house is a nice layout that works well for three people. Current housemate has been here nearly 2 years and commutes on the bike path to work in downtown Sac. Rent includes all utilities except phone. We have wireless internet. Must love dogs. I have a 5 yr old female golden lab who is outside when I am at work and inside most of the rest of the time. No smoking, No drugs and No additional pets (sorry, tried it, had bad experience.) I am 54 and housemate is 52. (Gosh that sounds so old!) We both work full time, lead active seperate lives, yet occasionally go to the grocery store together or do something fun together; dinner, movie, kayak the lower American. Looking for another female who would fit in and be comfortable in a share situtation. Communication is key. I don't want someone who would spend 95 percent of their time behind the closed door of their bedroom. This makes me feel like there is a stranger living in the house. Do want someone who is gainfully employed outside the home and pays rent on time.
