So here it is, i have a two bedroom condo and i never even use the spare room so i figured i would rent it out. Its a great place for anyone that works around downtown....I can see the cruise ships coming in from my living room window. I'm close to the Douglas bridge. A little about me i am a 31 year old single male, I work for greens creek mine so i am on days and nights so i am gone a lot but my schedule is a little odd. But other than that i am pretty down to earth and friendly I don't party especially at my house! I do have one friend and his wife come over to visit on occasion. And i go out about twice a month. I do smoke but not inside. I try very hard to keep my place clean and I'm a big candle freak so my place usally smells good. Oh and very important my house is a Drug free house this would pretty much be a deal breaker if i find it anywhere around me or my home, just to keep that in mind! About the place I have cable with extra channels and phone(is only for local calls) in all the rooms i have high speed wireless,washer,dryer,dishwasher you would have your own bathroom you just have to share with guest's that might come over and me when i don't want to walk the extra 18 ft to mine lol. The rent would be neg. depending on certain terms or agreements. I am ok with short term as long as i know a time frame. I would actually prefer a female roommate and one that is DRAMA free! ( only because they seem to be more responsible from past experice w/ roommates).
