I am subleasing the non-master bedroom in a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom apartment. The person in the master will also not be there for summer session 1, and will only be there 3 days a week for summer session 2. It's located right behind the U-Mall in Davis and is a 5 min walk to campus. It also has a washer/drier, dishwasher, patio, and access to the pool area. Management are super friendly and helpful as well. The apartments are also newly renovated and in great condition. Other than rent, you only have pay for PGE. I would also ask you to refund me partial deposit (150) and if more than a fair share is taken out, I can refund you some extra. Water and sewage is taken care of.
