Private bedroom in a 3 bed/1 bath house shared with one other roommate. The extra bedroom is used as a computer room/study. The house has a wahser/dryer, dishwasher, AC, and driveway parking. Great location near 1700 S. and 1100 E. Walk to all Sugarhouse points of interest including Westminster. Rent is $490/mo which includes all utilities except cable and internet. We don't have cable right now but my roommate would probably go in on it with you if you wanted. We split internet for about $23 a month. My lease expires August 6th of this year.
