We are looking for a roommate to share our three bedroom home with. We are looking for a long term renter (but the lease is month to month). The rent is $450 a month with a $300 security deposit. The renter must like animals (especially dogs) as two large dogs do reside in the home, that being said no more pets. We offer high speed internet, DirecTV with everything included. We are about a 10 minute drive to the University. I am a student so during the school year I study, so while we don't mind occasional get togethers, we do not want wild parties in the house.
