Student looking for roommate in a 2 bedroom apartment. I am 25 years old male, easy-going and clean! Rent is 425! Utilities are separate! Big parking lot! The house is at an awesome location on Broadway, walking distance to literally everything.Two min to Atwells Ave. restaurant area, five min to downtown, little convenience store across the street ... the list goes on and on! The apartment is fully furnished, I mean fully with all that kitchen stuff and similar! I have furniture in the empty room (bed,couch,small desk, lamp) but it is totally up to the individual what he wants to use or what not. Pet friendly but no dogs ... cats,lizards,etc is ok! All in all a very cool place to be. There is no long term lease agreement required only if you want. I have high-speed internet but no cable which could be fixed if necessary!
