We are a family of four and the house already has 5 bedrooms, a living room, family room, dining room and a partially finished basement. Therefore, we rent out the added room in hopes to help someone out and help ourselves out while I am not employed, and taking care of our children. We are a laid back couple, 34, responsible, and easy to get along with. We respect privacy as do our children. They are 8 and 4 and will NOT be a bother. Our bedrooms are upstairs and away from this room. Babysitting is an option for reduction of rent if interested. By no means is this expected. There has been tenants in the past that were interested. We are looking for someone at least for the school year if not longer. The room will be available July 1st, but will hold it for September, 09 -10 school year for a student. It is ideal for students. Parents are very comfortable with leaving their students here. With that said, July 1 - August 30th might be available. - We will be looking for 1st and last month's rent along with a signed rental agreement. - We don't mind company, just no big parties. - We are not opposed to 2 people sharing the room for $600 a month (we will rearrange the bed situation, 2 twins or a twin and a full) - We would prefer no pets, however, a cat is ok.
