I need a male or female roommate for a large apartment (about 970 square feet). There are two bedrooms and one bathroom. The bathroom is sub-sectioned by a door (one person can use the sinks while another uses the bath or toilet). Large common area and kitchen. The apartment is on the 3rd floor by stairs. No elevator. Off street parking in a gated community with a night guard. Central AC, and fully stocked kitchen and house. I will need to meet you in person, in public (McDonalds, Borders, etc.) to get to know you and talk about rules and see how well we get along. The common area is furnished and the house is stocked. If you would like to bring large furniture to move in (like a couch) we can likely make room for it. The bedroom you would stay in is completely empty and clean. The landlord will require to do a $35 background check on you (criminal, credit, etc) after I approve you. You can come in and check the place out after we meet in public, and decide if you'd like to move in or not later. Base rent is $555 a month, or $227 each. There is also a utility, electric, and internet bill. I will charge exactly $325, regardless of variable utilities*. We'll also split basic food costs. Rent is due (to me) on the 25th. Internet and electric bills are due on the 15th. We do not have a land-line telephone, if you would like one, we can discuss how to split the bill. No pets.
