I have made a few prior posts but am in desperate need of a roommate. The person I had to fill the room prior was not legit and did not have any means of paying for rent. I currently live in a house off of 24th and Howard. There are three bedrooms, one full bathroom, large family room, dining room, large kitchen that comes with dishwasher and also washer and dryer. There is also a sheltered back patio and large backyard with a double car garage... perfect for BBQ's!!. I have two roommates at the moment, both which will be leaving at the end of June to move to Bozeman for school in the fall. I would prefer just a one easy going roommate replacement. The third room is fairly smaller and can be used as a shared office? exercise room? Anything agreed upon. I am a 21 year old female that is currently going to school full-time at MSUB and working full-time. I do have a little puppy named Cooper who is exceptionally friendly, loving and well-behaved. Sorry but no other pets. We pay for gas and electric which roughly runs about 60 a month. I also have internet at the house which would be 30 dollars a month if used. I like things cleaned and picked up... but am not a cleaning control nut. I am very friendly, outgoing and responsible and would like the same in a roommate.
