The house has 5 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 living rooms, den, screened in back porch, patio, bar in the basement, off street parking, attached garage, large yard, 10x15 dog run attached to the basement. We are a quiet couple who keeps to ourselves. We don't party or have people over. He works 6 days a week and she works from home. We like a drama free lifestyle. We don't have kids, but we do have 3 dogs. Must be dog friendly but they will not be in your space. First months rent and deposit upfront, no exceptions.
